Cristiano Ronaldo, who can arguably be considered one of the world’s best footballers, has begun a new journey in his career.
After having had his way in football for almost a decade and a half, Ronaldo is now into content creation, especially through owning ‘UR Cristiano,’ a YouTube channel.
Hours after the announcement, Ronaldo created a record by being the first to amass one million followers on the platform. Also, in the subsequent 24 hours, he gained 10 million subscribers, thus breaking another world record.
Ronaldo is among the individuals who have the biggest following on social networks, with 112. X is now in its fifth year; it has 5 million followers on X, now known as Twitter, 170 million on Facebook and 636 million on Instagram.
On Wednesday, Ronaldo posted on social media, stating, “The wait is over. My @YouTube channel is out now! Subscribe and be a part of this new journey. ”
The videos posted when Ronaldo started his channel comprise of teaser trailer, a fun-filled quiz, and brief, interesting moments in which he is seeing his statue in Madame Tussauds.
The previous record for getting to 10 million subscribers on YouTube was the account of Hamster Kombat – for 7 days. The channel has already gathered more than twelve million subscribers, and the number of them increases daily.
